Shuyi Wang (she/her) is an independent film producer with a background in development, physical production, and international sales and distribution. Originally from China, she has worked across the Chinese, UK, and US film industries, developing a nuanced understanding of the evolving global landscape and cross-cultural storytelling. Her producing credits include award-winning short films such as Do You See Me in the Camera, Fifteen and Happened. Committed to amplifying underrepresented voices, her work is driven by a deep appreciation for cultural nuance and a dedication to supporting filmmakers from marginalized communities. She holds a BA in Film Practice from University of the Arts London and is currently pursuing graduate studies at UCLA.
