Chuck Sanders

Chuck Sanders serves as Sr. Director, Branch Manager, Domestic Theatrical Distribution, where he is responsible for the distribution of Universal Pictures, Blumhouse Productions, Illumination and DreamWorks Animation titles. In this role, Chuck has oversight over film licensing and collections for the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Chuck joined NBCU in 2007 as a Management trainee in the Universal Pictures Leadership Program where he was able to experience various aspects of the film business including Media, Creative Operations, In-theatre Marketing, and Film Finance before settling into his role as Assistant Manager, Sales and Distribution.
Prior to Universal, Chuck spent 25 years in the retail space at various levels with time at Safeway Foods, Kmart, Toys R US, Best Buy and finally as District Manager for AutoZone.
Chuck holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Maryland- College Park and an MBA in Marketing from Howard University.
