Biography

Lighting, Scenic and Costume Designer. Recent credits include the long running Off-Broadway hit I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change, Forever Plaid and the current New York production of Over the River and Through the Woods. Numerous awards include Tony and Drama Desk Awards for such productions as Sherlock Holmes, Broadway’s Black and Blue, and The Search for Signs of Intelligent Life in the Universe.

He has served as principle lighting designer for the Philobus Dance Company since 1976 and has designed operas for companies such as the Metropolitan Opera, The Salzburg Festival, New York City Opera, and La Scala.
