2024 Emmy Nominations

The Emmy nominations were revealed and Shogun led the nominations! The show secured 25 nominations, with alumna Emily Yoshida (BA, ’08) serving as a writer on the show. Talented alum John Matter (MFA, ’04), received two nominations for Outstanding Sound Editing For A Comedy or Drama Series.

The 76th Primetime Emmy Awards is scheduled for September 15, 2024, at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. The Emmys will be available to view on ABC at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET.

Several other notable alumni from UCLA have also received Emmy nominations.
