Messick (BA, MFA ’89) proudly serves as an executive producer on the series, adding to its acclaim. Another talented individual making waves is production designer Misty Buckley (BA ’07), who received two nominations for Outstanding Production Design for a Variety Special. Her exceptional work on The Oscars and Encanto at the Hollywood Bowl caught the attention of the Emmy committee.

The highly anticipated 75th Primetime Emmy Awards is scheduled to take place on January 15, 2024, at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. The star-studded event will be broadcast on FOX at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET, making it a must-watch for television enthusiasts.
