“Summer Fun,” an exhibit by 60 artists, opens with a reception Friday evening, August 9, in downtown Hermosa Beach. The exhibit of over 80 pieces will be hosted at three locations, all within walking distance —  Gallery of Hermosa, Made by Inch custom furniture, and Easy Reader.

Local artist, Emmy winner and UCLA TFT faculty Chrisi Karvonides-Dushenko will be participating. Her background includes costume design for HBO’s Big Love and American Horror Story. Her paintings mirror her passion for visual storytelling.

“Summer Fun” continues through Tuesday, September 3.
