Festival 2008: Dan Attias MFA '82


UCLA Filmmaker of the Year Daniel Attias talks about the important qualities of a director, collaborating with actors, starting out as an actor on stage and filmmakers finding their voice.

A UCLA alumnus, Attias is an acclaimed television director with credits including hit shows such as “The Sopranos,” “Entourage” and “Lost.” The UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television honored Attias on June 12 at the Directors Guild of America theater and screened Spotlight award-winning films by UCLA film students.
