- Samples of Scholarly Writing. Applicants should demonstrate scholarly potential as indicated by academic achievement, advance course work, and quality scholarly writng.
  Two official copies of each college/university transcript.
- Supplementary Forms available at UCLA Graduate Admissions.
- Statement of Purpose available at UCLA Graduate Admissions
- Three Letters of Recommendation available at UCLA Graduate Admissions
- Cross-Reference Sheet, if applicable available at UCLA Graduate Admissions
  For International Applicants whose first language is not English, scores from the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or scores from the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). All international applicants must also submit the Confidential Financial Statement available at UCLA Graduate Admissions.
