About the Event

Chris Eska’s Los Angeles Film Festival award winner “August Evening” was featured as the first Melntiz Movies screening of 2008. After the screening in the James Bridges Theater, Professor Chon Noriega welcomed Eska back to his alma mater and questioned him about his inspirations, working methods and unique global sensibility.
