A world leader in the conservation, preservation and restoration of moving image materials, films restored by the UCLA Film & Television Archive have screened around the globe in theaters, film festivals and museums, as well as locally in UCLA’s Billy Wilder Theater.
Each year, the Archive presents more than 200 public screenings combining the best of the classic and the new.
The UCLA Film & Television Archive is at the forefront in educating the next generation of professional archivists. UCLA’s Moving Image Archive Studies M.A. program was the first of its kind in North America.
