Flash 9 Requirement for Video

If the video player window appears but no video content is displayed, the most likely cause is that the appropriate player technology is not installed for your system. You will likely see an image where the video should appear with a picture of a broken puzzle piece. If this is the case, please check the links to download Flash for your system.

If you continue to get no video content provided, you may want to contact technical support for the media player software vendor.

If you are having problems viewing video content and your computer is on a network protected by a firewall, the firewall may not be configured in such a manner as to allow the audio and video downloads to reach your machine. If you suspect this to be the case for you, we recommend contacting your Internet Service Provider, Network Manager, or technology support group for further help.
